Monday – Friday: 8 a.m. – 6 p.m.


+ Who is eligible to use the center?

The Wiggins Family Medical Center is open to all Southwire employees, spouses and dependents who are enrolled in a Southwire sponsored medical plan.


+ How do I schedule an appointment?

You can easily schedule appointments through the My Premise Health app or online at mypremisehealth.com. Once you create your account, sign in and select “Schedule an Appointment” and choose your appointment type.

+ Are appointments required or can I walk in?

In most cases, same-day appointments are available. Schedule online or call your wellness center to see if a same-day appointment is available.


+ What services does the medical center provide?

The Wiggins Family Medical Center is your first stop for a diagnosis, routine primary care, prescription refill, annual physical, immunization, or lab work. The center is equipped to handle a variety of personal medical needs. Please visit the Services page for more detailed information.


+ Can I do lab/blood test orders from another provider at the center?

Yes, the center can perform blood draws ordered by an outside provider. Please bring your lab orders with you to your appointment.


+ Who manages the center?

Premise Health manages the center.


+ Is my health data secure and private? Will my employer have access to my medical records?

Your personal health information is confidential, and your data is kept secure. Premise Health operates in accordance with HIPAA and works diligently to protect all health records. We can’t share any personal health information with your employer or anyone else without your permission unless it pertains to a work-related health injury. Premise Health also operates through a private network and software systems that cannot be accessed by other members or company staff. You can review a notice of privacy practices within the wellness center.


+ Will I have to change my doctor because of the center?

No, you are not required to discontinue services with any of your current/future outside providers.
